Spezifische Rollen und Mitarbeitendenrollen werden zur Verfügung gestellt, um die Citizen Developers bei der Verwaltung von Automatisierungseinreichungen und des Ablaufs innerhalb der Plattform zu unterstützen. Nachfolgend finden Sie zwei Tabellen, welche die Citizen Developer-Standardrollen und -Mitarbeitendenrollen zusammen mit den jeweils zugewiesenen Berechtigungen enthalten.
Hinweise:
- Diese Rollen können nicht bearbeitet, deaktiviert oder gelöscht werden, da sie mit der Funktionsweise des Automation Hub zusammenhängen.
- Sie können dem Benutzerkonto mehrere Rollen zuweisen und für jede Rolle die Kategorien definieren, die dem Zugriffstyp entsprechen, den der Benutzer haben soll.

Citizen Developer-Rollen

| Citizen Developer Power User | Automate low risk, simple/medium task/activities or processes for users from their own department/team or for themselves; Access to Share automations; Access to the Automation Pipeline page to view and select automations that they want to develop. |
| Business Reviewer | Push forward automations created by a Citizen Developer Self User and select which automations are worth being endorsed for a technical review. |
| Technical Reviewer | Identify code quality issues and approve automations for large consumption. |

Die Mitarbeitendenrolle „Citizen Developer-Einreicher“ kann nicht manuell zu Benutzern zugewiesen werden. Diese werden nach Einreichung einer Automatisierung automatisch zugewiesen, bzw. wenn ein Citizen Developer auf die Option „Development starten“ klickt.
Ein Citizen Developer-Mitarbeitender kann Benutzern nur manuell zugewiesen werden, wenn die Option Diese Rolle als zuweisbar festlegen aktiviert ist.
