上記以外のブラウザー、上記より古いバージョンのブラウザー、モバイル ブラウザーはサポートされていません。それらのブラウザーのいずれかで Automation Cloud にアクセスすると、特定の機能が期待どおりに動作しない可能性や、エラーが発生する可能性があります。
Internet Explorer はサポートされていません。クラウド製品にアクセスするには、サポート対象の他のブラウザーを使用してください。

マシンで TLS をアクティブ化する
インターネットに TLS を使用して接続していることを確認してください。
- お使いのマシンで [コントロール パネル] > [ネットワークとインターネット] > [インターネット オプション] を開きます。
- [詳細設定] タブを選択します。
- 下にスクロールして [セキュリティ] セクションまで移動します。
- [TLS 1.2 の使用] チェック ボックスをオンにします。
- [適用] をクリックします。
