UiPath Process Mining が UiPath Automation Suite で利用可能になり、ユーザーのローカル環境にオンプレミスでインストールしたり、Azure、アマゾン ウェブ サービス (AWS)、Google Cloud Platform 上の仮想マシンにインストールしたりできるようになりました。​

Process Mining 2022.10 は UiPath Automation Suite からのみ利用できます。UiPath Automation Suite は、UiPath の完全な製品スイートをオンプレミスでインストールできる製品です。

インストールと構成

Configuring Microsoft SQL Server contains detailed information on configuring Microsoft SQL Server for Process Mining. To calculate the hardware requirements for the Process Mining SQL Server database for data storage for Process Mining process apps, see Hardware requirements. Process Mining (Automation Suite)

With Process Mining you can visualize processes using transactional data from back-end systems and applications like SAP. This data-driven intelligence helps eliminate process pain points, identify candidates for automation, and streamline business processes. Process Mining includes key functionality like role-based access control, ROI estimation, root-cause analysis, and the ability to submit ideas to Automation Hub. Process Mining analyzes event logs and metadata to see how business processes work and how they can be improved.

アプリ テンプレート

Automation Suite の Process Mining サービスでは、プロセス固有のアプリ テンプレートに基づいて新しいプロセス アプリを作成できます。アプリ テンプレートにはプロセスを分析するためのダッシュボードや KPI が事前定義されており、プロセス アプリを作成する際の最初のベースとして使用できます。利用可能な場合は、プロセスとソース システムの特定の組み合わせに対応した組み込みコネクタをアプリ テンプレートに含めることができます。

データを読み込む

新しいプロセス アプリを作成したら、プロセス アプリをパブリッシュする前にデータをアップロードする必要があります。パブリッシュ済みのプロセス アプリに対してデータをアップロードすることもできます。サンプル データセットを使用したり、.tsv または .csv ファイルを使用してデータセットをアップロードしたり、抽出器を使用してデータを読み込んだりできます。

データのボリューム

エンド ユーザーが体感するパフォーマンスは、データ ボリュームに直接関連します。データ ボリュームは、最も大きいテーブル内の行数によって決まります。一般的に、エンドユーザーが体感するパフォーマンスを左右するのは行数のみです。列の数が要因となるのは、データベースからデータを読み込むときだけです。

プロセスあたりのケース数が約 60 万 (600K) 件、イベント数が最大約 1 億 (100M) 件のプロセスが理想的です。ケースとイベントの数が増えると、データの解析とビジュアリゼーションの表示に時間がかかるようになります。Process Mining は動作し続けますが、大量のデータの挿入時に応答速度が低下する可能性があります。

事前にデータの量を確認することをお勧めします。上記の数値を超える場合は、データセットを最適化または制限することをお勧めします。

抽出器を使用してデータを読み込む

If you have a custom .mvp connector you can use the Process Mining on-premises (stand-alone) extractor DataBridgeAgent to load data for a process app in Process Mining on-premises (Automation Suite). See Loading data using DataBridgeAgent.

プロセス アプリのカスタマイズ

ダッシュボード エディター

After creating a process app from an app template, you can edit the dashboards to customize the process app to your business needs. The Dashboard editor provides various options to create different views, and to organize, group, and filter data. See Working with the dashboard editor.

データ マネージャー

[データ マネージャー] により、プロセス アプリで使用するデータをカスタマイズできます。[データ マネージャー] では、データ フィールドやメトリックを編集し、アプリで使用される表示名を変更できます。フィールドの表示/非表示を切り替えることもできます。

根本原因分析

With Root cause analysis, you can compare the influence of case properties on a certain behavior to find significant data influencers for specific process situations. A set of cases is defined based on the period filter. This selection is called Reference cases. Within this set of cases, you can select the behavior that you want to analyze. プロセスのパスを比較する

When in Compare mode, you can compare two sets of paths from your process. This enables you to visualize, compare, and analyze the performance of a process and its variations. See Compare.

オートメーションをシミュレーションする

The Automation potential dashboard enables you to see potential savings for activities in your process. For example, if you determine an activity as a bottleneck in the process graph, you can calculate the impact of automating the activity. See Simulating automation potential.

オートメーションのアイデアを Automation Hub へ送信する

The integration with Automation Hub enables you to send automation ideas from Process Mining directly to Automation Hub. See Sending automation ideas to UiPath Automation Hub.
