StudioX offers a deep integration with Microsoft Outlook and ships with a number of activities that automate the tasks you perform in Outlook.

After you select the account to work with by adding it to an Outlook Account Card, you can build an automation that uses data from that account. You can select mail folders from StudioX or select specific messages in Outlook and configure activities in StudioX to use the selected messages or individual message fields: Subject, Body, Bcc, Cc, To, From, Priority.

Note:

If Microsoft Outlook displays warning messages and prompts you to allow access to the program when you are working with Outlook activities, follow the instructions in Configuring Outlook Security Settings to prevent the messages from being displayed.
