The fields on the Unattended/NonProduction/Testing pages are similar, as follows:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Search | Looks in the Machine column for machines that match your input. |
License Status Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to the licensed status of the machines. |
Reset to defaults | This button is displayed only if you made changes to any of the filters described above, and enables you to return to the default settings. Please note that this button also resets the number of items displayed per page. |
Machine | The name of the licensed machine. |
Runtimes | The number of manually allocated runtimes for the corresponding machine. Please note that you cannot add more runtimes to a machine than there are available in Orchestrator. For example, if you have 4 remaining runtimes available, and 2 already allocated to a machine, then you can only allocate a maximum of 6 runtimes to that machine. |
Robots | The amount of Robots that are defined on the corresponding machine. |
Used | The number of licenses used by the corresponding machine. Licenses are released when the execution of a job is done or when you close the Robot tray. |
License Status | Indicates if the machine is licensed or not. |
Active | Allows you to enable or disable your Unattended or NonProduction-purposed machines. Turn off the toggle to disable the machine. Note that whenever you try to disable a machine a confirmation dialog is displayed. Turn on the toggle to enable it back again. By default, machines are enabled. |
More Actions | Displays a menu with the following options: Edit Runtimes - Displays the Edit Machine Runtimes window and enables you to change the number of runtimes allocated to the corresponding machine. The minimum value is 1, and the maximum value is determined by the total number of runtimes you have. Note that you need Edit permissions on Machines for this button to be enabled. View Robots - Displays all the Robots that are defined on the corresponding machine. Note that you need View permissions on Robots for this button to be enabled. |
