The Logs Page
Field | Description |
---|---|
Columns | Enables you to toggle column visibility. By default, all columns are displayed. Clear or select the check boxes corresponding to the columns you want to stay hidden or visible, respectively. Click Reset in the Visible Columns drop-down to return to the default configuration with all columns enabled and visible. |
Search | Looks for log entries that match your input. Searches according to robot, process name, user, and message. |
Time Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to when the logs were generated. The available options are: Last hour, Last day, Last week, and Last 30 Days. By default, the last day's logs are displayed. |
Level Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to logging level. The available options are: Trace, Info, Warn, Error, and Fatal. |
Machine Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to Machine. All machines configured in the folders you have access to are displayed. |
Process Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to Process. All processes deployed in the folders you have access to are displayed. |
User Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to User. All users configured in the folders you have access to are displayed. |
Reset to defaults | This button is displayed only if you made changes to any of the filters described above, and enables you to return to the default settings. Please note that this button also resets the number of items displayed per page. |
Export | Exports all logs to a .csv file, taking into account the page filtering. |
Time | The exact time the action was executed. |
Level | The severity level at which the message was logged. The following options are available: Trace, Debug, Info, Warn, Error and Fatal. |
Process | The name of the process that generated a given log message. |
Machine | The name of the machine on which a log message was generated. |
User | The user under which the Robot that generated the log runs as. |
Message | The logged message. This can also be a message logged through the Log Message activity in Studio. Keep in mind that the content of this column is displayed in the language of the Robot regardless of what language was chosen for Orchestrator. |
View Details | Displays the Log Details window that shows more information about the logged event. Keep in mind that the content on the Message field is displayed in the language of the Robot regardless of what language was chosen for Orchestrator. |
