Field Descriptions for the License Page

At Host Level

FieldDescription
License KeyDisplays the last 6 digits of your license code. This is shown only if you uploaded a license to the host. Otherwise Activate is displayed.
Activation IDDisplays the unique ID assigned to your Orchestrator instance activation of your license.
Licensed UntilThe license expiry date. Only displayed for a licensed host. Otherwise Upload is displayed.
By default, you are notified 180, 90, 30, 14, 7, and 1 day before the license expiry date. More details here.
AllocateDisplays the Allocate Licenses window which enables you to distribute licenses aggregated in the host license, to tenants. Additionally, it allows you to delete licenses of already licensed tenants as detailed here.
Only displayed for a licensed host. Otherwise, Upload is displayed.
UpdateDisplays the update dialog window and enables you to update your license either online or offline. More details here.
RemoveRemoves the host license. In order to remove tenants' licenses at this level, use the Allocate functionality described above. Only displayed for a licensed host. Otherwise Activate is displayed.
AttendedDisplayed only if you have purchased Attended Named User licenses.
A section that displays an overview of your Attended Named User licenses. It shows the number of users defined out of the total available, as well as the percentage of licenses actually used.
UnattendedA section that displays an overview of your Unattended licenses. It shows the number of runtimes allocated out of the total available, as well as the percentage of licenses actually used.
StudioDisplayed only if you have purchased Studio licenses.
A section that displays an overview of your Studio licenses. It shows the number of users defined out of the total available, as well as the percentage of licenses actually used.
StudioXDisplayed only if you have purchased StudioX licenses.
A section that displays an overview of your StudioX licenses. It shows the number of connections used out of the total available, as well as the percentage of licenses actually consumed.
NonProductionA section that displays an overview of your NonProduction licenses. It shows the number of runtimes allocated out of the total available, as well as the percentage of licenses actually used.
License UsageThis section shows the maximum number of licenses used concurrently by each type of Robot per tenant. You can filter out data by clicking the Robot type (which crosses it out), as well as adjust the time interval as desired. Note that it takes one day for the Robot usage information to be displayed here. Also, you should know that the graph is only populated for used licenses (Robots executed jobs). Otherwise, No data to show is displayed.
Data is kept and displayed here even if you renew or remove your license.

At Tenant Level
