The Review Requests Page
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Search | Searches for review requests whose reference starts with the input string. |
| Queue Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to a queue. You can only select to display review requests from one queue. |
| Status Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to the queue item status. The following options are available: All, Failed, Abandoned. |
| Revision Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to the revision status of transaction items. The following options are available: All, None, InReview, Verified, Retried. |
| Priority Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to item priority. The following options are available: All, High, Normal, Low. |
| Robot Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to the Robot that processed the items. |
| Exception Filter | Enables you to filter the page according to the type of exception that was thrown on the items. The following options are available: All, Application, Business. |
| Reset to defaults | This button is displayed only if you made changes to any of the filters described above, and enables you to return to the default settings. Please note that this button also resets the number of items displayed per page. |
| Queue | The queue which contains the assigned transactions for revision. |
| Status | The process status of the assigned review requests, it can either be Failed or Abandoned. |
| Reference | The custom identifier for a transaction or group of transactions. For more information, see Field Descriptions for Transactions. |
| Revision | The revision status of the corresponding item. |
| Priority | The processing priority level of the transaction. |
| Deadline | The latest time at which the queue item should be processed. |
| Robot | The name of the Robot that processed the transaction. |
| Exception | Either the Business or Application exception that caused the item to fail. For more information, see Business Exception vs Application Exception. |
| Time of Failure | The amount of time that passed since the transaction failed. Hover over the time to get the exact date and hour. |
| View Details | Displays the Transaction Details window for each queue item. |
| More Actions | Displays a drop-down menu with the following options: In Review Mark as Verified Retry Items Remove. |
