Field Descriptions for the Tenants Page

This page is only displayed at host level.

FieldDescriptions
SearchLooks for tenants whose names contain the input string.
State FilterEnables you to filter the page according to the State (Enabled, Disabled).
Reset to defaultsThis button is displayed only if you made changes to any of the filters described above, and enables you to return to the default settings.

Please note that this button also resets the number of items displayed per page.
Add

add
Displays the Provision Tenant page which enables you to create a new tenant.
Name The name of the tenant as defined when it was provisioned.
License The license key of each tenants. If the tenant does not have a license, Unlicensed is displayed. This column is not populated for tenants whose licenses have been generated before v18.2.
Attended The number of Attended Robot licenses allocated to that tenant.
Unattended The number of Unattended Robot licenses allocated to that tenant.
StudioThe number of Studio Robot licenses allocated to that tenant.
NonProductionThe number of NonProduction Robot licenses allocated to that tenant.
StudioXThe number of StudioX Robot licenses allocated to that tenant.
Last Login TimeThe last time somebody logged into a tenant.
StateThe state of the tenant. Can be Enabled or Disabled.
More Actions

Displays a menu with the following options:
Enable - Enables the tenant.
Disable - Disables the tenant.
Allocate Licenses - Displays the Allocate Licenses window which enables you to distribute licenses to tenants. Additionally, it allows you to delete licenses of already licensed tenants.
This button is only displayed for a licensed host.
Enable/Disable Features - Displays the Feature Flags window which enables you to enable or disable features on each of your tenants.

The Provision Tenant Window

FieldDescriptions
Tenant NameThe name of the new tenant.
UsernameThe username used to authenticate.
NameThe name of the user.
SurnameThe surname of the user.
Email AddressThe email address of the user.
PasswordThe password used to authenticate.
Confirm PasswordThe same password as in the Password field for confirmation.

The Allocate Licenses Window

FieldDescriptions
TenantThe name of the tenant.
Attended UsersThe number of Attended Robot licenses to be allocated. At the end of the field you can see the number of available licenses along with the total number at host level for this category. For example 2/10 means there are two licenses available out of a total of 10.
Unattended RuntimesThe number of Unattended Runtimes to be allocated. At the end of the field you can see the number of available licenses along with the total number at host level for this category. For example 2/10 means there are two licenses available out of a total of 10.
Studio UsersThe number of Studio Robot licenses to be allocated. At the end of the field you can see the number of available licenses along with the total number at host level for this category. For example 2/10 means there are two licenses available out of a total of 10.
StudioX UsersThe number of StudioX Robot licenses to be allocated. At the end of the field you can see the number of available licenses along with the total number at host level for this category. For example 2/10 means there are two licenses available out of a total of 10.
NonProduction RuntimesThe number of NonProduction Runtimes to be allocated. At the end of the field you can see the number of available licenses along with the total number at host level for this category. For example 2/10 means there are two licenses available out of a total of 10.
AllocateSaves your changes and distributes the licenses according to your settings.
RemoveRemoves the license of the tenant, be it an individually licensed tenant or a host licensed one.
Only displayed for licensed tenants.
