Setup

• The Windows authentication web.config parameter is now properly set to true if you enable it during clean installations using UiPathPlatformInstaller.exe.
• When upgrading an existing instance using the UiPathPlaformInstaller.exe installer, it no longer freezes while uninstalling the old version.
