Note

The catalog in which a task resides is set at task creation using the Create Form Task activity in Studio. The catalog must be defined beforehand in Orchestrator. If you define a catalog which hasn't been created in Orchestrator beforehand, the task is generated in Orchestrator with no catalog.

Creating a Task Catalog

1. On the Task Catalogs page, click Add. The Create Task Catalog window is displayed.
2. On the Task Catalog Name field, fill in the name of the catalog.
3. On the Description field, fill in a description to easily identify your catalogs.
4. Click Create to add the catalog. The Create Task Catalog window is closed, and the Task Catalogs page is refreshed to display the new catalog.

Editing a Task Catalog

1. On the Task Catalogs page, click Edit for the corresponding entry. The Edit Task Catalog window is displayed.
2. On the Task Catalog Name field, modify the name of the catalog.
3. On the Description field, modify the of the catalog.
4. Click Update to save your changes. The Edit Task Catalog window is closed, and the Task Catalogs page is refreshed to display the updates.
